Returns and Exchanges

Overview

If you are not happy with your garment or wish to change the size you can send back the garment at your own cost. If you wish to exchange the garment for another style, this is also applicable on the grounds that there is available stock and the desired style is of equal price.

Brixtol Textiles does NOT accept returns from other purchases made at physical store locations or websites, so if your Brixtol Textiles garment was not purchased on www.brixtoltextiles.com or www.brixtoltextiles.se then your should return your garment to the origin of where the purchase receipt was issued.

RETURNS POLICY

Any purchased item/s are to be returned to us within a 14 day period of the purchased item/s being received. We refund the purchased item/s amount upon receiving returned item/s. Any inclusive and/or promotional good/s received with your order must also be returned. Item/s must be returned in the condition of that of which it was received by the customer and any indication of wear and/or damage will void your refund. Please refer to the below return and exchange conditions for further reading.

SECTION 2

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Item/s being returned should be do so within a 14 day period of the purchased item/s being received. Item/s must be returned with the Brixtol Textiles tag and labelling completely intact. If labeling or garment shows any indication of wear and/or damage this may void your refund. Any additional promotional good/s inclusive of your order must also be returned. Promotional free Bonham and/or Beanie must be returned with item/s. If Bonham and/or Beanie promotional good/s are not returned with your item/s the retail cost of promotional good/s will be deducted from your refunded total.

We here are Brixtol Textiles will have all returned and/or exchanged items reviewed by our warehouse personnel. Warehouse personnel reports upon the quality and quantity of all returned and/or exchanged items sent to Brixtol Textiles. For more information please contact us at help@brixtoltextiles.com

SECTION 3

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before shipment is processed. When purchasing item/s from Brixtol Textiles online your order is shipped on/or after the next available working business day. You generally have an estimated 24 hour time frame in which you may cancel your order after it has been processed.
